CANCELLATION POLICY : McAfee, Inc. may elect to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. If this occurs, McAfee, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to notify customers, however, travel arrangements are the student’s responsibility. All training is non-refundable and McAfee, Inc. assumes no liability for any cancellation fees that may be incurred. McAfee, Inc. encourages all customers to purchase refundable or transferable tickets if traveling to class. Training credits are only valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time period the training credits will be deducted from the student’s account. To avoid any penalties, registrations for classes must be rescheduled at least 10 business days prior to the start date of the class by contacting McAfee University / Foundstone Education. If a notification to reschedule the class is provided less than 10 business days prior to the start date of the class, then you will be required to pay for 100% of the class tuition (through invoice or deduction of training credits) immediately after class completion.
